What is the return and exchange policy?

We consider hair a hygienic product therefore, we have a no return, no refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. In order to qualify for an exchange, the product must be in the original condition it was sent in, or the request will be denied.

(Curly/Wavy hair can not be combed through and ties must be intact)
