What is the purchase to delivery timeframe?

Both shipping and processing time can depend on whether the items you ordered are currently on hand, or if an order has to be submitted through our manufacturer. On hand orders can take up to a week to receive, while orders that contain items that are not on hand 2-3 weeks to be received. Processing for on-hand items are typically 1-7 business days. Processing for pre-orders can take up to 14 business days due to high volume. once your order has been processed shipping will be 2-3 business days after tracking number is issued.
